During a European Committee of the Regions session on 6 July this year, Marshal Witold Kozłowski was handed the special mention for Małopolska in the European Entrepreneurial Region 2024 award. A unique event indeed – the first in the thirteen-year history of the award and the first in Europe. Małopolska, boasting the EER title since 2016, is proud to be active in helping innovation, as it expands experts’ potential and offers support for Ukrainian business.
Korean-Polish Forum – collaborate to grow
One of the highlights of the event is the Korean-Polish Forum, in which Małopolska Province is playing a crucial role. Spurred by the collaboration in atomic energy and arms industry, the representatives of Korean and Polish companies are going to discuss joint business ventures. Energy generation partnership, such as the slated nuclear plant construction, serves to underscore the importance of Małopolska as a development and innovation hub.
