Rafał Brzoska
Entrepreneur and inventor, the founder and CEO of Integer Capital Group
From the very beginning, Rafał’s ambition was to go far beyond Poland’s borders and create the country’s biggest success story on the European stage. In July 2021 InPost acquired French logistics giant Mondial Relay for €513 million, the largest Polish private investment abroad, allowing the company to enter the French, Iberian and Benelux markets. InPost’s listing on EURONEXT-Amsterdam that year was the largest debut ever for a European technology company. In July 2023 InPost acquired a 30% stake and voting rights in Menzies Distribution Group Limited for £49.3 million, establishing a partnership with a leading logistics company operating in the UK and Irish markets.
Today, InPost’s APM network is Europe’s largest and most convenient automatic parcel pick-up and delivery system, with a total of 67 logistics centres, over 30,000 advanced locker sites and 24,000 PUDO points in nine countries (UK, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands). InPost also provides courier and fulfillment services to e-commerce merchants in Poland, working with more than 40,000 e-tailers. In 2022 alone the company handled 744.9 million parcels, including door-to-door services and the APM network.
Care for the environment has long been one of Rafał’s priorities, so InPost's ESG strategy is an integral part of its business. InPost was one of the first companies on the Polish market to join the SBTi initiative; it aims to achieve full climate neutrality by 2040.
In addition to his business activities, Rafał is deeply involved in charity work, which he considers one of the fundamental pillars of 21st-century business. Since the first day of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Rafał has been involved in helping Poland’s neighbour. At his initiative, InPost donated hundreds of trucks and the time of thousands of employees for humanitarian transport; he also organised the Convoy of Polish Hearts, a 34-wagon train to Kharkiv – the largest privately funded humanitarian transport initiative.
Rafał also believes in supporting the development of young, talented and hard-working people who due to their background have limited opportunities for education. The Rafał Brzoska Foundation Scholarship Fund provides financial aid that allows them to study at the best universities in the world.
